Through this system, our tenants are able to control their current account, create personalized alerts, make assistance requests and control the technician’s arrival at the property either online or through the App. It also allows rent payments via a variety of payment methods: direct debit, credit card or with a click through a computer or smartphone.
In the way we operate, each tenant is a customer. It deserves to be treated as such, and preserved for the long term. Giving service is our main goal, always keeping in mind that in our homes there’s a household and a family, so we aim to provide a person to person service.
